Return and Refund Policy Overview
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must also be in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged is not eligible for a return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it. Our team will then inspect the item and either approve or reject the refund request.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please first check with your bank account or credit card company as there may be a delay in posting the refund. If after reaching out to your bank and credit card company, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 747-500-6833 for assistance.
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 747-500-6833.
Shipping Returns and Exchanges

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping and return shipping costs will not be included in any refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
